Fredrik is one of the founders of HowCom and today CEO of HowCom Group. Fredrik has more then 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and strategy. He has a business oriented and strategic approach to marketing and mostly helps companies with growth projects

Fredrik has experience from both domestic and Nordic projects including media strategy, segmentation, portfolio management, business development, strategy implementation.Previous to HowCom Fredrik was Marketing Director for Svenska Spel including PnL for more then 1 billion euros and 15 brands.

Niklas is the CEO of HowCom's media agency operations in Sweden. With more than 25 years of experience in senior positions within the media industry and diverse managerial roles on the client side, he has acquired substantial expertise.

Damon is the co-founder of SP-RK and serves as the CEO for the performance marketing agency initiative by HowCom and 56k digital.  He is an award-winning marketing professional with a successful track record in digital marketing.

Worked as a CMO and as a consultant with media strategy and digital campaigns for brands within FMCG/Retail/Automotive/Banking/E-com with more than 10 years of experience. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for brand building, driving sales and making teams perform on top. SP-RK offering is to help their clients with SEM/SEO/Paid social and creative performance to help them grow their business profitable.


Patrik is managing HowComs' insight and strategy hub, Catalyse. Patrik brings over 20 years of experience from the client side, having served as the CMO for major brands at local, Nordic, and global levels across various industries, including finance, gambling, airline, and e-commerce. He possesses valuable, hands-on experience in marketing insights and strategy, coupled with practical insights from the day-to-day responsibilities of CMOs. Patrik excels in placing customer insights at the forefront of each client's strategy, resulting in actionable insights and profitable outcomes.
